Terms & Conditions All quoted rates are net and inclusive of GST. We are a 100% GST-compliant company. No cash deposits will be accepted without prior approval. Any increase in fuel prices after booking confirmation may result in a fuel surcharge, which shall be payable directly by the agency or guest. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation. Payment Schedule: 30% advance payment before the cut-off date. 50% payment at least 30 days prior to travel. Remaining balance at least 10 days prior to the travel date. Ferry tickets will be booked only upon receipt of the advance payment and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Kindly provide the names of all guests exactly as per their government-issued ID along with flight ticket details at the time of booking confirmation. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be processed as per the cancellation policies of the respective hotels and service providers. A service charge equivalent to 10% of the total package cost will be applicable. Rates are subject to revision if travel dates are changed. The tour itinerary may be modified due to adverse weather conditions or changes in flight/ferry schedules. Any additional costs arising from such changes shall be borne by the guest. Ferry timings and vessel changes are subject to operational requirements, load factors, and the sole discretion of the ferry operator. Vehicle on Point-to-point basis: Vehicles provided will be exclusively for the guests; however, they will not be at disposal. Transportation will operate strictly as per the itinerary, and vehicles may change sector-wise or day-wise. MUV Vehicles: We generally provide Maruti Ertiga, Toyota Rumion, Mahindra Xylo or similar vehicles with three-row seating. Toyota Innova Crysta can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability. Luggage Policy: Guests are encouraged to travel light. The package includes a maximum luggage allowance of 20 kg per person, plus one personal item (such as a handbag or laptop bag) not exceeding 3 kg. Most hotels in the Andaman Islands follow a check-out time between 08:30 AM and 10:30 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and the hotel's discretion. Any services or expenses not specifically mentioned in the package inclusions shall be payable directly to the hotel or service provider. Guests are advised to share detailed requirements, including preferred hotels, meal plans, budget, and add-on services, at the initial stage. More than three itinerary revisions will attract a service charge of INR 1,000 per change, adjustable against the final booking upon confirmation. As per current regulations in the Andaman Islands, Minimum age for Scuba Diving is 12 years. Guests above 50 years of age must obtain medical clearance before participating in Scuba Diving or Sea Walk activities. Luxury: Hotels/resorts offering facilities comparable to 4-star properties. Premium: Among the finest available properties on the islands, comparable to 5-star hotels/resorts.
